The RSM US Foundation is partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support great futures for youth across the country, creating globally competitive graduates and 21st century leaders. RSM supports the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and our youth workforce readiness strategy, aimed at helping youth build the skills to succeed in life after high school. RSM’s investment supports essential skill development, career exploration, employability skills and credentialing, and work-based learning opportunities for youth. In addition to supporting Boys & Girls Clubs through their Generations Employee Resource Group, Birdies Fore Love program, Volunteer Week and other initiatives, US-based RSM employees will also offer their time to Clubs, volunteering to support academic success, leadership and workforce readiness. Together, we’re preparing Club youth to become the future business leaders and innovators of tomorrow.
