Synchrony Financial supports Boys & Girls Clubs of America with a specific focus on workforce readiness and financial literacy opportunities for young people. Synchrony supports unique employee volunteer programs in 5 markets around the country. Boys & Girls Clubs in these markets receive grant funding to support their local programs that help young people prepare for a future job or future career in the workforce after high school.
