Kohl’s is catalyzing the impact of social and emotional learning for overall well-being in Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide.

Kohl’s three-year, $3 million investment supports specialized training for Club youth development professionals who drive the most significant impact of this work, as well as initiatives to integrate social and emotional learning throughout the Club experience and maximize our effectiveness through increased measurement capabilities.  

Social and emotional skills are critical to overall well-being. It’s important that young people develop these skills in adolescence, enabling them to build positive relationships with themselves and others, regulate emotional responses and contribute meaningfully as productive, caring and responsible members of society.
