Funding that focuses on providing access to quality healthcare and education to strengthen communities.
Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) enables young people, especially those most in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The AmerisourceBergen Foundation is proud to partner with BGCA on a COVID-19 vaccine education project to ensure Club staff, members, families, and underserved and under-resourced communities have the resources and support they need to recover and thrive.
In 2020, AmerisourceBergen Foundation became a national partner of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Their support will allow BGCA to continue building the new SMART Moves curriculum, including content exploring attitudes around youth substance use, and allow Clubs to implement these new health promotion resources and programs that give kids the kinds of experiences that set them up for a lifetime of health and wellness.
The AmerisourceBergen Foundation is an independent not-for-profit charitable giving organization established by AmerisourceBergen Corporation with a mission to improve the health and wellbeing of our patient populations through expanding access to quality healthcare and promoting health equity.
AmerisourceBergen, a global healthcare company, makes a positive impact on healthcare around the world by advancing the development and delivery of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
Every day, 15 million kids leave school with no place to go.
