Senior Vice President, Organizational Development
Misty Miller oversees all aspects of BGCA's five regional markets, Metro Services, Native Services and Emerging Markets. Her background encompasses nearly two decades of service to local Boys & Girls Clubs, including roles as director of operations, director of resource development, and president and CEO for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain in eastern North Carolina. Earlier in her career as a nonprofit consultant, she advised organizations on undertakings such as capital campaigns, annual campaigns and board development.
Misty is a graduate of East Carolina University and regularly participates in professional development trainings. This includes Leadership Summit, a highly selective 12-month educational program for CEOs of high-performing Boys & Girls Club organizations designed by Harvard Business School and BGCA.
