Senior Vice President, Resource Development - Corporate, Cause Marketing & Special Events
Chad leads the Corporate Partnerships, Cause Marketing, Account Management and Special Events teams for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He was instrumental in ensuring that Great Futures Campaign, one of the most ambitious expansions in the organization’s history, was a success and launching cause marketing at BGCA, of which now BGCA is now an industry-leader, winning awards along the way. Chad has been in the nonprofit sector for almost 20 years, having previously held positions with the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association and the Hetrick-Martin Institute, Home of the Harvey Milk High School, after starting his career in retail and theatre.
Chad is recognized as an industry and thought leader in corporate partnerships and cause marketing and has spoken and led sessions and seminars on a variety of topics throughout his career at some of the foremost industry gatherings, such as Social Capital Partnerships, Cause Marketing Forum (now Engage for Good), Cause Talk Radio, the IEG Conference and on various podcasts. He holds a BFA from the University of Iowa. He is obsessed with running, marathon and triathlons, and is passionate about cooking, his English Bulldog Moneypenny, and theatre (not necessarily in that order).
